Your Favorite Everything Sucks and Quit Being So Sensitive

Hola all you people with really crummy taste! You know? Something that always amazes me about people is how upset they get if someone doesn’t like what they like. I don’t know why they get so upset if I’m not a fan of the same music or movie or TV show or sports team or whatever that they are. It’s not personal y’all!

Anytime I mention that I don’t like today’s country music someone invariably will say “Well I guess you don’t like me either because I’m a big fan of country music.” Why would they think that? Why do I have to like country music to like them, or be their friend? Do I have to like EVERY SINGLE SINGER AND MUSICIAN who considers themselves “country?”

I get that there are a lot of a-holes out there who hate everyone and everything. It is kind of exhausting having them show up all the time to make sure that you know that they hate whatever it is you like. If you post “Man, that was a great episode of last night,” it seems like there’s always somebody there to tell you that the show you mentioned sucks. I get it. It does get old.

If you notice though, it’s pretty much the same people making the negative comments all the time. It’s the same people who care so little about the Super Bowl (or The Oscars or whatever big event is on at the time) that they have to go on Facebook and Twitter several times to let everyone know that they don’t care. As if WE care. But, like I said, those grumpy, bitchy, whiny people always hate everything. You expect it. Or you should anyway.

What I’m talking about are people who ask me if I liked, say, the show “Friends.” I will say “No, I never found it all that funny.” It’s amazing how often people take that as a personal attack. Almost a “HOW DARE YOU?!”

Art, like beauty is subjective. We have our likes and dislikes and sometimes we like things that are very popular. Sometimes we like things that result in being mocked by our friends. People constantly criticize me for being a Miley Cyrus fan. I can’t help it. She pisses people off and I find it hilarious mostly because they can seem to explain WHY they’re so pissed at her.

I’ve actually met people who don’t like “The Godfather” movies. No really! And I’ve met people who didn’t like “Goodfellas.” I worry about these people sometimes, but I respect their opinion no matter how messed up it is. I’ve also met people who think “The Bill Engval Show” was hilarious. Again, that’s a bit whack, but okay.

The weirdest thing to me is when people apply this crazy attitude to sports. I don’t get why they think I should be a fan of their team and are hurt when I’m not. Seriously, there are people out there who are genuinely personally hurt and offended when I don’t root for their team, when they’re playing MY team. I call these people “Kentucky Basketball Fans.” Fascinating group of people, many of whom I love very much, but they should probably be studied by a sociologist and a psychologist and other –ogists.

Of course this same phenomenon applies to politics, but it’s a little different there. People are beholden to their partisan political beliefs and can’t stand to have their world view challenged. Plus, anyone who disagrees with them hates America or is a racist or both and it goes and on and on and on.

Anyway, quit taking it so personally when someone doesn’t like what you like. Also, quit being an asshole hating on everything and everybody all the time. Oh and if you don’t like the TV show “Justified” you are probably the dumbest, most pathetic idiot that has ever lived. Just kidding! Kind of.

Overrated and Underrated

Hola y’all! The late, great Christopher Hitchens once declared that “the four most overrated things in life are champagne, lobsters, anal sex, and picnics.” Man, that dude was pretty observant wasn’t he? Anyway, I thought I would put together a little list of things that are overrated and underrated for you guys today.

Overrated: NFL’s obsession with a player’s 40-Time. So a guy can run 40 yards in 4.3 seconds. That’s great. How ‘bout making sure he can pick up a blitz? Or better yet, hold onto the football when someone hits him.

Underrated: Sour Cream and Onion Pringles. Oh sure, Nacho Cheese Doritos are the bomb, but Pringles provides us with a really quality product with great taste in a very convenient tennis ball tube. You can’t beat that.

Overrated: The 80’s. Sure, everyone remembers the 80’s so fondly, but three words. Acid. Wash. Denim.

Underrated: Chrissy Teigen. Everyone slobbers all over Kate Upton and her great big unnatural and somewhat scary boobs, but totally forgets about the super hawt, sweet Chrissy and her delightfully weird Twitter feed.

Overrated: Snow. Sure it’s pretty and all that, but it brings out a level of panic in people that just isn’t healthy. 90% of the people on the road become a huge threat to our wellbeing as soon as they see the first snowflake. Worse than that even is the nationwide panic that ensues anytime a major winter storm moves across the country.

Underrated: PBS. Most Saturdays I leave my TV on PBS the entire afternoon. Home improvement, gardening and cooking shows beat virtually everything else on TV.

Overrated: College Basketball. These kids coming out of high school today can’t play the game. They can’t dribble, pass, shoot, rebound, play defense or hit their free throws. Other than that they’re a blast to watch.

Underrated: Silence. Just sitting there reading a book with no radio or TV on is one of life’s little pleasures that people forget to take advantage of.

Overrated: Smartphones. There is such a thing as being “too connected” guys. You can’t get away from people if you have a smartphone. No matter where you go or what you do they can contact you in some way. Also, you are paying a ridiculous amount each month to do things on your smartphone that would be much easier and more enjoyable on that laptop sitting right next to you.

Underrated: People watching. People are hilarious when they don’t realize someone is watching them. Just kicking back on a park bench or at the mall or airport or a casino and watching people as they wander aimlessly through life is just about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on.

Overrated:  Home ownership. While it does provide some pros, there are so many cons to owning a home and spending all your free time trying to keep it up tops the list of cons. All that yard work isn’t exactly fun either. But what sucks most about home ownership is that you’ll NEVER get back what you put into it. You add up the principal plus the interest plus all the expenses of fixing every little thing that needs it and you’ll spend 3 or 4 times what you finally get back on a house the day you sell it.

Underrated: Frozen Pizza: Frozen pizza gets a bad rap, but it can actually be pretty damn yummy. Of course, sometimes it needs a little help from you. The problem with most frozen pizzas is they need more toppings. Okay, put more topping son them! More pepperoni, maybe salami, slice up summer sausage or kielbasa and some shredded Colby and mozzarella cheese you can fancy up that .99 cent frozen pizza from Aldi nicely.

Overrated: Buffets: Badly prepared food that you probably don’t really want anyway that’s been sitting around for the last hour and is either super-hot or cold? I’ll pass. Not to mention the fact that kids have probably touched everything on the food bar with their snot covered fingers. Pizza buffets are actually the worst. The only thing they put out is cheese pizzas or something with green peppers or pineapple on it. Gross.

Underrated: Podcasting. Everyone should have a podcast. Wait, almost everyone does! Anyway, you can talk about anything you want. Do comedy bits. Interview interesting people and do it all without anyone trying to control your content.

Okay, that’s enough for now. We’ll revisit this from time to time in the future I’m sure. Maybe I’ll even change my mind about some of these things. Feel free to tell me what YOU think is overrated/underrated in comments.

Speaking of Podcasting and people who are underrated, we have a wild and crazy time on IWS this weekend. Our very special guest was the wildly popular and somewhat infamous Debi Daly! We talked about haters, stalkers, elite troll teams and all kinds of other fun stuff. Definitely check it out!

The Great Divide is Less Great Than it Seems

Cheers!!

I’m not a happy man right now because I just deleted my original post, but I believe in redemption. I believe that things can change for the better, and really?

That is what tonight and oddly enough, in the form of Charlie Daniels, a chick named Lori, and me, Matt-Man is all about.

Who knew?

Ya See?

I and Jayman were chastised by right wing morons via Greg Gutfeld on Twitter Monday night.

Horribly…

Now don’t get me wrong, it was good for business, but stupid, ill-informed, over-the top insults which really said nothing about who Jay or I truly are, are just well…silly, and show a trumped up ideological depravity amongst Americans.

Well…except for the comments calling me an asshole, but nonetheless….

Tonight I somewhat got into it again with another right winger, one Mr. Charlie Daniels, but let me tell you…

Other than this tweet, he wasn’t so bad…

@MattMan_IWS Put the bottle up and go to bed before you get any sillier. Remember, as Ronnie said, Southern man don't need him around anyhow

Eh, I mean, it’s not that harmful…Not really, and unlike those Gutfeldians who attacked Jay and I on Monday, ha….It’s like the difference in hotness between Scarlett Johansson and Rosie O’Donnell.

I also received a less than pleasant tweet from a right leaning chick who evidently likes Mr. Daniels, but after we exchanged a few words, she tweeted this to me…

Lori @88NASCARNurse 1h
@MattMan_IWS I think a lot more people agree with him than you. BTW, I respect your right to your views and your right to share them.

Uh-huh…She’s doesn't think my view is correct…She doesn't think most people think I am correct, but look it folks!!

Unlike last Monday during our back and forth with folks over the no-talent Greg Gutfeld and his idiotic followers being rude and brain dead, today we had Lori being diplomatic and nice, and Charlie Daniels just casually giving me shit.

Why can’t we as Americans have that all the time?

I don’t agree with Charlie Daniels nor Lori on politics, but we weren’t calling each other homophobes, racists, bigots, and assholes during our tweets like the other day…

Oh sure, we may have thought that (not really) and in fact, I implied that someone who follows and commented on my remarks about Charlie Daniels is a bigot, but I never thought that of CD nor Mizz Lori.  I try not to lump people into groups, and well…

At least in this instance, we didn’t, and let me tell you…

I was in a good mood today, and even though, as I do at times try to raise hell or promote some discomfort on Twitter, tonight I am glad I did.

Because I find Charlie Daniels and Lori, while not to be to my political liking, sill to my liking as people, and that is more important.

I hope you find the same in others, regardless of politics.

Cheers!!

IWS Exclusive! Joe Biden's Speech at the DNC

Remarks by the Honorable Joseph R. Biden Jr.
Vice President of the United State of America

Holaaaaaaaaaaaa Charleston!! Woooooooo!

I’m Joe Biden and I’m an alcoholi … OOPS … Hold on … Wrong speech.

Welcome to Chattanooga and the annual meeting of the Democratic National Constitution meeting thingy. I’m here to tell you about this guy who has been your president for the last handful of years. He’s a really great guy, this Obama fella.

When I first met Barracks Obama I found him to be so clean and articulate that I didn’t even worry about moving my wallet from my back pocket to the front. I tell ya, I couldn’t believe what a sharp mind he had and how pleasant he was. Always inviting me to come and hangout at his home office and asking my advice about different things he was interested in and I guess had been reading about.

And then one day, out of nowhere he invited me to come to this party he was throwing down here in Columbia. I mean, how great is Barney? I don’t think I’ve ever had a better friend in my life. And while he’s better than me at basketball (obviously), there is something that normally comes naturally to his people that I’m better at …… RAPING!

What? OHHHH!! RAPPING! I meant to say RAPPING! Sorry. Hahahahaha

*music starts*

Yo … Yo …
They all call me crazy old Joe …
I’m just a regular every day schmoe …
You never know what I’m gonna say
Jump back … I’m might pray
You think I’m easy to beat
But you’re grandmother thinks I’m sweet
Stock up on lots of caffeine
I’m Joe … Biden my time ‘til twenty sixteeeeeeeen.
Yeah … Yeah ..

I tell ya, I’ve had a great time here in Clarksville and at the conversion meetings. I love these things because I see so many of my old friends from my days in the senate like Harvey Reid who I had a good laugh with last night. I saw my very good friend Ted Kennedy on a TV Tuesday night, but I haven’t been able to track him down yet.

It’s always fun meeting like this every 8 years or so. I can’t believe how much some of you have aged. And it’s wonderful seeing everyone’s kids growing up too. Did you check Barnaby and Martha Omaha’s girls last night? Wow! They’re growing up right … if you know what I mean. *winks*

You know, one of the things I’m most impressed with is how diverse this soiree is. I’ve seen more minorities here in Canton than in all of my days hanging out in Delaware combined. Heck on Tuesday night there was a really good looking young Hispanic guy from ahem … “Texas” … who everyone seemed to like a whole lot. And right after him was a tall, very attractive black lady who I don’t think I’ve ever met, but we need to see and hear more from her, amirite?

Well folks, it’s getting late so I’ll wrap it up. Bartholomew … Melissa … now Mr. and Mrs. Obamtha … I wish you two nothing but good health, happiness and success as you venture forth into your new life together as one. In the words of Lao Tzu: “To love someone deeply gives you strength. Being loved by someone deeply gives you courage.”

Thank you all so much for being here. God bless you and God Bless America!

GOODNIGHT CLEVELAAAAAAAANNNNNNNND!!!

We Took a Punch to the Gutfeld

Cheers and go to Hell you no good, illiterate, bottom feeders.  Yeah, that’s right…

I said that.

But, I was merely kidding, however…

Some on the internets through the use of Facebook, Blog Sites, and in the case of this past Monday night, Twitter spew honest to God, no holds-barred, venom with reckless and hurtful abandon.

You see my friends of IWS, not only was I the target of such hate-filled Twittergeddon on my personage and reputation Monday night, our beloved Jayman and you as well, the faithful IWS readers and listeners, were as well.

I for one was profoundly hurt and shocked.  SHOCKED, I SAY!!

Monday night, I sent a tweet to this man…

Greg Gutfeld.

Gutfeld is a moron one of the panelists on a newish FOX News show called, The Five.  He’s allegedly funny, and as a member of political-type talk show, presumably insightful.

Well in my opinion…He is neither, and well…I tweeted to him something to that effect.

We had a short, seemingly good-natured back and forth, until I dropped the G-Bomb.  I mentioned one of his fellow The Five panelists.  This woman…

Kimberly Guilfoyle.

I tweeted to Gutfeld that she looked a like a dude who is desperately trying to become a woman, and from there, things went south in a hurry.

I know.  Maybe I shouldn’t have launched such a superficial, ad hominem attack on his co-host.  That remark may in fact have been out of line.

In fact, yes...Yes it was out of line, but only because I threw that dough ball of disdain out there and Kimberly “The Carp” Guilfoyle’s devotees swallowed the bait hook, line, sinker and ran me out of line.

In seconds, the right wing, Anti-Matt tweets rained down upon Twitter and peed all over me with the fury of a delegation of drunk, catheter wearing congressional Republicans, swimming naked in the Sea of Galilee.

Oh…the…horror. I was subjected to tweets like this:

Okolehao @Okolehao45
@MattMan_IWS You are one ugly, garbage spewing lowlife

And this…

Shania Fluke @ShaniaFluke
Seriously, "Matt Man," the boredom and irrelevance radiate in waves from that shiny head of yours @greggutfeld @MattMan_IWS

And here’s another good one…

Jessica Rieves @jessrieves 21h
@MattMan_IWS Can you be more classless?! Frankly its disgusting as well shows you clearly didnt grow into your age. #NohopeforthisBigot!

Bigot?  Where the hell did that come from, but let me tell ya…it gets better.  Because I had mentioned Jayman in a tweet or two so he would see them, he without saying a word to anyone, was cruelly attacked as well.

There was this…

And this…

Wow!!  Nurse Hazelett sure has a caring and pleasant bedside manner.  Whewwww, I'd rather be treated and comforted by Louise Fletcher!!

And then my friends, a rabid and mindless Gutfeldian attacked YOU…

Mr. Mark @CarolinaShark
@MattMan_IWS @greggutfeld @kimguilfoyle You have a radio show and you have 21 followers.Your audience must be as brain dead as you. Fuck off

It’s very sad that we can’t just get along and today Jayman and I will be talking about the ugly side of the internet on IWS Radio at 11 AM ET on Blog Talk Radio.

You can catch our show LIVE TODAY at 11 AM ET by clicking HERE, and I hope you do, so we can possibly find a way to heal the wounds.

Haters Gonna Hate...But I Choose Not To

Hiya and Cheers Chuckleheads!!

Y’know…I’m pushing 50 years of age…I am a man with 47 years under his belt, and…

Jayman and I did a show yesterday about Haters.

They hate everything.  Prices at the pump…prices on smokes…the way people talk, and…you name it, some folks are simply born to be haters, and sadly, and most importantly…

Haters hate people.

Yep….They hate you.  They hate him.  They hate her, and ultimately, and more profoundly…

They hate me.

IKR!?

How could anyone hate the Matt-Man?  It’s like, a non-sequitir.

And yet…some people do, and I, until last night, hated them as well right back.  However…

I am flippin’ my hate and becoming, one magnificent Matt-Man Love Machine.  No, it’s true!!

Take last night for instance…

Typically on Facebook on Sundays after the IWS show, when I have nothing better to do other than to get drunk and raise Hell, I do so, and proceed to alienate my “friends” on Facebook.  Well folks…

Yesterday, I did none of that.  Nope.  I barely posted, and what I did post, was mainly a couple of old 80’s songs, and then guess what happened?

I announced to the world that I was going to go have a beer on my porch of the palatial digs, and I did….and then…

I wanted to do it again, so I went back to the digs, and on the way out after picking up my second beer, I knocked on my neighbor’s door.

He answered.  I said, “grab a beer and come out front with me.”  He did, and we chatted.  Through three beers and 45 minutes, our differences in politics, life, or whatever, dissolved into just two guys sitting out front.

We just, “shot the shit”, as it were.

Lasty week, some chick that I have known for six years or so, gave me shit because I favored a couple of women with whom I grew up more than her.

This same chick called me a popularity whore, a man who lacks loyalty, and one who has no class.  She went on to say that she had known me for six years and I was taking side with a couple of “newbies.”

Ha.

First of all, the women I sided with, and encouraged, and hoped to in the future make love to were not newbies. I have known them for almost four decades, but…

That’s not the point.

The point is, when one gets older, goes out on the porch, and looks up at a beautifully shaped crescent moon, one smiles.

When one knocks on the door of a guy who shares discordant political views and asks him to have a beer with him, and he accepts, one smiles.

And when a person can spend his life with his best friend through many ups and downs, he certainly smiles.

And THAT is the point.

Perceived likeness, loyalty, and the “hey I knew him first shit” got nothing on the quality of friendships.

There are a handful of people I would go down with on the ship of life, and guess what?

They are chicks I have known forevah, a skinny, non-cooking chick I have come to love, and a guy with whom I do a radio show.

As for the people who have been part of my disloyal, hit page whore parade…Go fuck yourselves.  I am too old to have time for that, and for you.

Cheers!!

And by the way...Jayman and I did a show about Haters yesterday...No, it's true!!  Give it a listen and see if you were mentioned.  A lot of people were...I mean...a lot of haters were:

IWS...Hatin' the Haters...and Lookin' for Some Facebook Love of Our Own.

Hiya Chuckleheads!!

Matt-Man here, and yes, I know, we usually do MSJS on Saturdays, but I have a few housekeeping items I would like to cover in regards to the IWS website and radio show.

First of all, Jayman and I would like to thank Carrie Welch, the former VP of Public Relations of The Television Food Network for commenting on Thursday’s post, a post which included a quasi-real, albeit not exactly true replication of what she most definitely did not actually say to Jayman in reference to his Wednesday post about how The Food Network these days, pretty much sucks.

Ms. Welch actually finds us funny and intimated in her comment that she would like to be a guest on our show sometime, which we would truly enjoy.

Let’s just hope that the lovely and fun-loving Ms. Welch’s remark is more truthful than the letter I wrote in her name.  But seriously, it was very nice of her, and we will beg her to be on work on scheduling her for a show in the very near future.

Secondly…

Did you know that IWS Radio has a Facebook Page?  No, we really do, it’s true!!  And…

156 of you adorable heathens know that, however…

Many of you have not “liked” our IWS Facebook Page.  In a word?  That’s just not right.

I mean c’mon…Everyday, either on the website and/or the radio twice a week, we provide you with quality entertainment at a fair price, and what do we get in return?

A mere 156 likes on our FB page and a whole lotta heartache.  It pains me to tell you that being the manly men that Jayman and I are, we sometimes cry over that fact, but….we do.

We’re only human, folks…and we yearn for your love, or in this case…your “like.”

Hell tell your friends to “like” us; you don’t even have to yourself, if you get them to do it for you.  Hell, we’re not picky.

Merely click on the IWS RADIO FACEBOOK PAGE and like us.  Yes, it’s that easy.

If the lovely Carrie Welch can take the time to comment on our website and offer to be on our radio show, you can take the time to like us two moronic, yet affable fellas on our Facebook page…..

Please?

And while we will work to schedule the lovely Ms. Welch for a soonly future show, this Sunday on IWS Radio live at Noon ET, Jayman and I will be scouring away all the hate from life and social media.

Man…cat fights, loud neighbors, bluntness beyond on belief…It was a hate-filled week, and we will be calling the haters out and try to bring peace and serenity to the world.

To catch us live Sunday at Noon ET…Click HERE for the Haters Gonna Hate II show on IWS on Blog Talk Radio.

Until then, this is the always loving, and not-a-hate-filled bone-in-my-body, Matt-Man bidding you…

Cheers!!

Some Open Letters From IWS

A few open letters to some folks who might have been unintentionally offended or upset by some of the things said on the I’m With Stupid podcast, or here on the blog.

Mr. CW McCall,

We here at IWS would like to apologize for the unacceptable and horrendous mangling of the lyrics of “Convoy” by Jayman on the IWS podcast. How can anyone screw up the words to one of the greatest songs of all time? It’s a mystery to us too.

Thinking he was on a roll, and instead of writing out the lyrics in his show notes, Jayman thought he could just wing it. Sometimes he bites off a little more than he can chew. This was probably the most embarrassing moment of his otherwise stellar internet radio career.

Ms. Stacey Dash,

On Sunday, you were named IWS’ Babe of the Week. While we know that this was a tremendous honor for you and you were very flattered, we also know that you were bothered a little bit by it. We understand you were a bit upset by Matt-Man’s apparent focus on your impressive physical assets and ignoring your professional accomplishments.

Well, let us here at IWS assure you Stacey, that Matt-Man, just as everyone else here, is a man of substance. He never meant to appear to be slighting the outstanding acting work you have done over your brilliant and distinguished career. We absolutely know and respect the fact that there is much, much more to you than that truly spectacular ass of yours.

Please see the letter above note addressed to Stacey Dash. Simply replace her name with yours, and Matt-Man’s with Jayman’s. While you also have a wonderful ass, Jayman mostly focuses on your legs, so make the appropriate changes where necessary for that too. Also, he has a hair fetish so add a third paragraph dealing with that bit of weirdness.

Mr. Daryl Dragon,

As if screwing up “Convoy” wasn’t enough, for the second time in a little over year, the hosts of the wildly popular and well respected, I’m With Stupid internet radio show attempted to have some fun at your expense. Jayman, again feeling like he was on a roll, brought up the time that he had mistakenly thought you were dead. While funny to us, we do acknowledge that this kind of joking around may not be all that funny to man of your age who has undoubtedly lived a pretty fast and hard Rock ‘n Roll lifestyle. So, for that we apologize. Again.

Mr. Herman Cain,

It has been pointed out to us that we have, with good reason, been treating your campaign for the GOP nomination for president as a bit of a joke. I mean, one could hardly blame us, especially with your latest claim that you would give “Hail to the Chief” a “fresher sound” and a few of the other loony things you’ve proposed.

But, we would like to apologize for our behavior. We know that you, much like Stacey Dash and Anna Kournikova, well, at least like Stacey, are a person of substance and impressive professional accomplishments. This suddenly became obvious the entire staff of IWS Entertainment when you said “our leaders are stupid.”

Not only is this a very true statement, it’s the most insightful thing any GOP candidate has said all year. For this, we salute you and apologize for failing to take you, and your campaign, seriously.

--

And if you’d like to hear all those crazy antics like attempting to sing “Convoy” or a discussion about Daryl Dragon’s wellbeing and Matt-Man and Jayman taking on the haters out there AND hanging out with Dana_Lu, then you can using this handy-dandy BTR player. And I highly recommend you do so. Especially if you’re a hater. We might change your whole outlook on life. (And yes, the show WAS posted yesterday, but this episode was so nice, we thought we would post it twice.)

Matt Said, Jay Said VII

You know what day it is. You’ve been waiting for it all week! Here we go…

Matt: “You’ve reached the Matt-Man residence, how may I direct your call.”
Jay: “I wanna talk to the person in charge!”
Matt: “Sorry, nobody is in charge here.”
Jay: “But, if nobody is in charge, who gets all the glory?”
Matt: “Glory is about personal accomplishments. We’re about ‘team’ here.”
Jay: “There is no “I” in “Team.”
Matt: “Exactly. So how are ya?”
Jay: “A little gassy.”
Matt: “I’ll open a window.”

Jay: “So, uh, our Big Gay Show is totally racking up the listens and is moving towards the top five in the ratings.”
Matt: “It should, it was FABULOUS.”
Jay: “It was a pretty good show. We might have found our niche.”
Matt: “If that show doesn’t turn people gay, nothing will.”
Jay: “Yeah, and it’s a type of gay that even Marcus Backmann can’t cure.”
Matt: “Of course not. Hell, he couldn’t even cure his own.  Hey-OOOO”
Jay: “Anyway, apparently going gay means big hits.”
Matt: “Well, cover me in glitter and raise the rainbow flag then.”

Matt: “Hold on. I need to acknowledge someone telling me how cute Schmoop and I are.”
Jay: “Personally, I’m finding your love tweets to be disgusting.”
Matt: “You know, a little support isn’t too much to ask here my friend.”
Jay: “Oh damn. I forgot how sensitive and vulnerable engaged men get.”
Matt: “Damn right. So try being a little more sensitive you sick fuck.”
Jay: “I’ll try. No promises though.

Jay: “So I’ve now joined Reddit and Digg too.”
Matt: “So have I”
Jay: “We can now Stumble, Reddit and Digg our posts and shows.”
Matt: “We even got a couple of hits from Digg already.”
Jay: “Sweeeeeet. I don’t know how much Reddit and Digg will help though.”
Matt: “It doesn’t matter. Every little bit helps.”
Jay: “And every listener and readers matters.”
Matt: “That they do!”
Jay: “We love them all.”
Matt: “Damn right.”

Jay: “So, wanna talk “Haters” this week?”
Matt: “Yeah. People who just can’t stand it when others are happy.”
Jay: “And people are just always bitching about something.”
Matt: “Exactly. Negative people.”
Jay: “Right. People who can’t say something nice about anything.”
Matt: “I hate those people.”
Jay: “Thank God we’re not like that.”
Matt: “We wouldn’t be internet famous if we were.”
Jay: “Good point. Our success is based on being positive and thoughtful all the time.”
Matt: “That’s why the chicks dig us.”
Jay: “Totally.”

So there you go. More genius at work. I know how inspiring it is to read each week. Also, don’t forget to listen to this week’s show, “Haters Gonna Hate” on I’m With Stupid. It’s going to be a great show!

Haters...Ya Gotta Love 'Em

Hey, what’s up?  Ben Haten here, to liven up your Friday on this pathetic excuse for a blog or website, or whatever the hell you want to call this internet rag sheet.

Look at those two clowns Matt-Man and Jayman…Ha!!

One looks like a gay ass, ghetto wine drinkin’, Hunter Thompson wannabe, and the other is trying to look all deep, thoughtful, and introspective with his cheap ass whiskey all dressed up in a sawed off brandy snifter.

And the chick in the middle?  In two years, she’ll be getting rug burns on those sloppy ass tits just from walkin’ around the house.  Gimme a break…I bet she’s got a nasty ass butter face too.

I wouldn’t be caught dead with a chick like that.  She reminds me of my loser ex-girlfriend, Jenna, who just dropped my ass for some loser guy.

Yeah, Jenna dropped me for some dude who is the Assistant CEO for this big company in town.  What’s wrong loser dude, not good enough to be THE CEO?  Ha.  They both can suck it.

Jenna’s all in love with the corporate hack, Bradley…yeah that’s his name, Bradley.  Ha, how gay is that?  Anyway, Brad-Boy bought her a brand new Chrysler 300 as an engagement present.  She was all excited.  Fuck that…The piece of shit car doesn’t even have heated seats.  What a tight ass.

She’s nothin’ but a sponge anyway.  Brad-Boy will find that out soon enough.

Hell, I bet every time she takes a swim in his in ground pool, she sucks it dry in fitty seconds, ‘cause his lame ass pool isn’t very big.  Hell, it ain’t much bigger than his coffee cup sized hot tub.  Fuckin Lame-O’s.

They remind me of some of my friends…

Always trying to get ahead.  Or getting engaged. Or wasting money on stupid shit like car insurance or a big Thanksgiving dinner with their fucked up Moms, Dads, and drooling ass Grandmas.  WTF, is up with that?

Then these same people get on Twitter or Facebook, or a lame ass blog like this, and post pictures of their little kids and talk about how cute they are.  And what they did on vacation.  And how well they are doing in school.

Ha…Ooooooo, I am soooooo impressed, you fucking idiots.  Gag.

I gotta cut this short, ‘cause I need to find my Zepplin shirt and head on down to the Panama Club, because Izzy and the Rollerblades are playing, and the place will be full of cold beer and hot chicks.

While I am partying down to head bangin' guitar riffs and babes without butter faces, you all can enjoy your cuddling, your parenting, and your sterile, yet cozy little homes.  Ha…Oh, and one other thing…

Get a clue as to what life is really all about, would ya?

Suck it Losers,

Ben Haten
