Get Inspired in 2016 With IWS Radio!

Boy howdy did IWS Radio bring in the new year! Let me tell ya folks, Matt-Man and Jayman must have made resolutions to bring the funny in 2016 because that’s exactly what they did this week. Well, more or less. What all happened on the first show of 2016? Well, I’m glad you asked …

Jay woke up in an excited state!

Matt-Man worked the boring days last week at the Beer Mine (conveniently located at the corner of Elmore and Burnett Rds in Bagwine, Ohio).

The University of Dayton defeated the University of Arkansas in OT in men’s basketball and that meant that Jayman had to sing the U of D fight song!

There was a heck of a crowd in the chat room engaging in all kinds of hilariously witty banter.

Bumwine Bob from the Bumming With Bobcat was there. He also got a shout out for hosting the NFL Pick ‘Em contest.

Robert the Taylor from Razzamataz Radio was there and even called in although nobody could really understand him.

Matt and Jay discussed resolutions and agreed they only really have to just keep being the awesome guys they already are.

Of course our Canadian Bureau Chief Jamie Mapleleaf was there and she once again delivered a vicious, yet accurate introduction of the Matt-Man.

Some of the worst songs ever were featured in the Bad Songs of the Week segment. It won’t be easy to top these!

Rev Moneymaker reminded everyone to put Jesus first, but also remember to eat, drink and be merry.

Paul Piatt showed off his rhetorical genius once again and called out Robert the Taylor as only he can.

Drew Peacock made us all feel dirty and weird as only HE can do.

Slyer Ballzcock was there with a very special Happy New Year present for Matt and Schmoop!

And soooooooooooooo much more! Make it your resolution to listen to IWS Radio early and often in 2016 and most definitely check out this week’s show …

Team Miley or Team Nicki? How 'Bout Team IWS!!

Season Six of IWS Radio got off to a wild and sniffy start. Matt-Man had to work the whole weekend because OTHER people like to take vacations and Jayman was suffering through an early fall allergy attack. Jay did his best to not let his sniffing, hacking and wheezing distract from the hilarity of the show though. So what all happened? Well ….

Matt-Man gave the big guy upstairs (God, not his upstairs neighbor) credit for intervening and making a customer choose beer instead of wine. The Beer Mine (conveniently located at the corner of Burnett and Elmore Roads in Bagwine, Ohio) isn’t allowed to legally sell wine on Sundays and Matt forgot!

Jayman has a pretty slow week and scoured his notes hoping to find something that happened that he could share with IWS’ vast and diverse worldwide audience, but it was no use. He felt like he let the fans down, but didn’t want to make anything up. IWS listeners are way to intelligent to fall for that!

Jayman announced that IWS was NOT renewing the contracts of Dusty Sandman and the Alarmist Weatherman for Season Six.

Matt-Man announced that Stubby Stonehenge had been let go. He might be dead. We don’t know.

Dick Berns made his triumphant return to IWS Radio though with a rousing report from New Orleans commemorating the 10 year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.!

There was some baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad music played!

Jayman lamented the fact that doing the show in prime time meant he wouldn’t be able to watch the first hour of Miley Cyrus hosting the MTV Video Music Awards.

Jeb Bush and Jeb Bush’s badly Photoshopped black hand did a Direct TV ad that was hilarious!

Jeb Bush also had a little  problem saying that Asians are the biggest “anchor babies” in America.

Hillary made a really pathetic attempt at using humor to deflect her little email problem.

Matt and Jay wondered if both Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush should just drop out of the race. They agreed that both Hillary and Jeb have been running truly horrible campaigns.

Canadian Bureau Chief Jamie Mapleleaf updated us on the Canadian elections and how things are shaping up in America’s Attic.

IWS World Media News Division broke the news that Obama will allow Mt. McKinley to be renamed “Denali” which was its original name. Plus Matt and Jay predicted the whiny crybaby fit republicans would throw over this decision.

Matt and Jay discussed possible new segment ideas or guest ideas for Season Six.

You definitely need to check this prime time gem out! Seriously!

IWS Person of the Week: Those Known But To God

Happy Memorial Day Weekend to all, and in honor of those who paid the infinite price for defending this great nation of ours, IWS Radio salutes America's fallen heroes as our IWS Persons of the Week.

We would also like to send a special shout-out to those brave nameless and faceless fallen soldiers known but to God...

Please take a moment over the next couple of days to remember the ultimate sacrifice some of our finest have made.

And don't forget Jay, Matt, and the IWS Radio gang will be broadcasting LIVE TODAY from Noon-2 PM ET and celebrating all things Memorial Day.

They will be honoring the fallen, discussing their favorite war movies, and offering up scathing satire of people who commercialize Memorial Day through mattress sales, great car deals, and insanely bad "patriotic" music.

And, as IWS is a laid-back comedy show, fun will be had as well as our correspondents offer up some hilarious reports, and as Jay and Matt kick off the American Cook-Out Season 2015. All of that plus your phone calls at 661.244.9852.

So join Jay and Matt LIVE TODAY from Noon-2 PM ET as IWS Radio presents...Make It A Memorial Day To Remember

Jay and Matt Can Cure Your Monday-itis

Shake off  the hangover and self-loathing off on this Monday and give yesterday's IWS Radio Show a
listen.

Jay, Matt, and nearly five years of IWS Radio memories just hung out with each other and had one helluva funny time.

They got jiggy with the funny and played tons o'music both good and God-Awful, all the while promoting Woody Allen, praising the country of Burkina Faso, and cursing the denizens of Norway. Got to Hell Oslo!!

Jesse Ferg hopped aboard the IWS Peace Train as did Scotland's very own veggie eating warrior poet Robert Taylor, and of course the sexuality of the show went off the charts as Canada's own Jamie Mapleleaf graced the chat room and told everyone, "There, now you're fucked."

Slyder Balzcock, Dixie Ozark, Kirk Douglas, and Schmoop chimed in with inane and infantile chatter that you have come to expect and enjoy from the IWS World Media and Entertainment Group.

Party Marty and Nurse Sherri were their hilarious non-answering the phone selves and this show was so freakin' big that the late and great Dick Trickle and Stevie Ray Vaughn even showed up. It's true!! Don't believe me?

Well then give it a listen, 'cause let me tell ya, if I'm lyin', I'm dyin'!!

Smells Like Hilarity in Here!

There was nothing stinky about this week’s IWS Radio baby! Matt and Jay didn’t have any specific topic to discuss, but they didn’t need one. They smoothly segued from one discussion to another as if they’ve done this before.

Once again Matt-Man found himself covering for a coworker who had better things to do than work her shift.

Jayman tried to help a very negative thinking guy with a rattle in his vehicle.

It was another week of weirdoes and idiots at the Beer Mine (conveniently located at the corner of Burnett and Elmore Rds in Bagwine, Ohio).

Jay got a new electric razor and Matt doesn’t know why anyone needs a Shower Caddie.

Robert Taylor hung out with us in the chat room all the way from Scotland!

Pure IWS Radio debuted

Jay made homemade Hamburger Helper

Drew Peacock disgusted everyone

Guy and Slyder together again!

Dixie Ozark fired back and Bobby Kraft

We celebrated Frank Zappa in the “Worst Songs of the Week” segment

Matt thinks people on Facebook might have had enough of him

Asked for some prayers

Jesse Ferg Called in

Remembering Tammy Tibbles

And OHHHHHHH so much more!!! Check it out …

Nurse Sherri LOVED Yesterday's IWS Music Show

Nurse Sherri here, and I listened to the IWS Radio show yesterday, and let me tell you what...

I...was...blown...away...

Jay, Matt. Joshua, Bobby Kraft, and Buddy Acapella kicked the entertainment ball out of the hizzy and knocked it over the left field fence all at the same time.  Yeah, they are that talented.

You think I am lying?  I'm Nurse Sherri for God Sakes and I'm a medical professional.  I don't lie, and I am sorry that I mentioned God in a post. Forgive me Lord.

Anywheezin'...

Jay and Matt played some of the best and the worst of music of all-time.

Steve Lawrence creeped everyone out...

KISS licked his pedophile feelings up...

Bobby Kraft took the time to assuage Matt-Man's hurt by singing some Paul Simon...

Joshua talked about Grease, and we are fairly sure he was meaning the musical.

While David Soul rocked the house, Jesse Ferg masturbated to posters of Starsky and Hutch LIVE on the air.  Not really, but I need post filler, and furthermore, I can see Jesse doing doing that, because we in the medical field call that, perversion.

Minnie Ripperton and Faith Hill tore things up, and ...

Greg Brady made us all pause and ask ourselves, "Was he really that good?"

The answer lies in the show, so you'll have to listen to it, in order to find out.

Plenty of great sarcasm, satire, and music on yesterday's show, so give it a listen...

David Soul Will Never Give Up On IWS Radio

Hi. David Soul here, and I am ecstatic that Jay and Matt asked me to let you know about the upcoming IWS Radio Show which airs LIVE tomorrow from Noon-2 PM ET on Blog Talk Radio.

The reason they asked me to kick up the hype is because tomorrow's show is all about the music, and when people think of good music, they instinctively think of yours truly...David Soul.

It is very impressive to find that these two scamps of satire have the artistic sensitivity enough to devote an entire two hour show to the craft, toil, and emotional scars that go into making sweet music that transcends time and cultural barriers.

In fact, the IWS Radio press release sums up how they feel about music very succinctly...

Jay, Matt, and the IWS Radio Comedy Band love to listen to music and are banging out a wall-to-wall celebration of music. Jay and Matt play bits and pieces of some great songs, songs that stir up personal memories, and most of all, songs that are so horrendous that they are cringe-inducing, and hilariously awesome.

Buddy Acapella, Bobby Kraft, Rev. Moneymaker, and Guy Ahnyurdyck may step up to the mic as well and sing some of their favorite tunes.

So join IWS Radio live and call-in at 661.244.9852 as IWS Radio celebrates Music: The Good, The Bad, and The Memorable.

Oh Ha!!  I see that Jay and Matt will also work in some of the worst in music. I can't wait to see which talent-less saps end up in that category.  Are you listening Patrick Swayze!? Ha. I kid. I kid because I love. Swayze and I have always been dear friends and remain so to this day.

Anyway join Jay, Matt, and IWS Radio LIVE tomorrow from Noon-2 PM ET on Blog Talk Radio for some witty banter, good-natured ribbing, and a whole lot of the best and worst in music of all-time as they present...

Music: The Good, The Bad, and The Memorable.

In addition to listening LIVE by clicking HERE, you can chime in with your picks as well at 661.244.9852.

Until you hear from me Sunday, this is David Soul saying...

Don't give up on us baby!!
