Way Post Partum Bullshit

Cheeeeeers and Greetings my friends!!

Allow me to tell you what the hell is sticking in my crawl…I mean, aside from my persistent and virulent case of crabs…

Rudeness, Self-Absorption, and otherwise, “all about me syndrome” is sticking in the nether regions of Schmoop’s  underwear my that I call, my pants...

Now I know that some of you are thinking that this post is about me, but dig it…it isn’t about me…entirely.

There are very few times that I get MAD…And I mean upset to the point where something or someone affects me to the degree where I can’t think straight.  Well, I have reached one of these said and salient points…

And yes my friends…you can NOW say, it does affect me…but not only me, AND more than affecting me…it perplexes the hell out of me.

I’m talking…what is this irrational, illogical, alternate universe thinking type of lack of thinking thing going on?  I know…That last sentence, while correct, was grammatically awkward, yet it still shines as a beacon and testimony to my greatness of, and master over, Englishisity.

Anyhoo…Today?  I am talking manners, so let’s hit it…

I find it to be nice manners for person to think outside their ego box and over themselves, and yet, evidently I have a sister who doesn’t think that way, and maybe you do too.

My sister who hasn’t been to a family Christmas, 4th of July, or Show Me Your Boobs Family party since 1999, yet sends her daughter to said parties, is finally coming out and celebrating, a “My daughter is graduating and the thrill is mine!!” party.

The only problem is…my brother and his wife were going to throw a joint bash for my son and the aforementioned daughter in June, and now?  Nothing.

Here’s the thing IWS readers and listeners…

Why, after all these years of staying home herself, and sending her daughter only to the Mahoney family parties, does my sister want to have one of her own parties rather than have one thrown for her daughter?

I have analyzed, surmised, rectified, and sanctified, and the only answer I can come up with is…

She’s a dick!!

Annnnnnnd, while I am sad that we won’t be having a joyous family party in June, I am glad that my sister’s daughter will be getting a college degree in four years and getting the hell out of her mom’s lazy, yet firm grasp.

For this…I pray.
